Wandal x FTP

In the past week I have been sick, celebrated one of my best friends birthday and had massive exams, which explains my abstinence from the blog, but I am back now with sunny weather and short-shorts, aka everything I have been craving for the past eight months.
Honestly my style goes down on the fashion scale as the temperature goes up. In the summer literally all I wear are shorts and a baggy tee, maybe a really baggy dress.
Here I paired one of my favourite printed shorts with a simple white tee from my friends tee shirt brand. You should definitely check them out here!
Now I should probably get back to studying, because I have two exams tomorrow... Yay for end of the year finals!

The weather has been stunning for the past days and I am soaking in every sunshine that touches my skin. I love summer so incredibly much.
This week me and my friend challenged each other to only wearing skirts and dresses for a week (and well it is not a challenge, for me, but it is still fun). I remember eyeing this pinafore in a Primark 1 pound flash sale, of course I got it since, well bargain and never wore it.
So inspired by this week I got it out from my closet and gave it my best effort.
Mission accomplished? You decided!

Printx2

Matching print with print is a very tricky game and you do need to be a daring to pull it off. But it can be paired to an utter perfection!
Here I paired this monochrome flower pattern skater dress with a little jacket that I found in my Greatgranny's closet. It always feels great to wear pieces, that you know have seen things. Been to places.
That's all I got today. It is pissing down with rain outside, so I am just gonna get myself a lovely bowl of blueberries and watch endless episodes of Skins!

1 year

Sitting in front of my computer wondering what to write in my first outfit post... It seems like it was just yesterday, when actually a whole year has past since then. This past year has brought a heap of changes to my life: I am at a new school, I have many new friends. I changed. My style changed.
Many times it was real rough to write this blog, even when I got one view a day and was studying for huge exams to get into my dream school I still tried scheduling my blog in here and there. I thought about giving up so often, but this little space gives me so much joy, because it's mine. It's my small world where I can express myself and my always growing love for fashion.
I have always been interested in the fashion world, but looking back my own style started forming when I started this blog. It helped me so much to understand that style isn't about following trends and copying everything you see in magazines. It's about finding inspiration in the people you love, nature, art and well anything to be quit franc.
In honor of fashionteaparty's one year anniversary I decided to style this cobalt blue midi skirt, which was featured in my very first post (check it out here). I paired it my white traditional Hungarian print top for an outgoing colour scene. Finishing touch my used out Converse, as per usual.
I am truly looking forward to another amazing year, and I hope you guys come and tag along!!

Teenage Depression

I, and probably most of the worlds teenage population is coping with the constant exhaustion and depression from summer still being 20 days away. This time of the year is truly the hardest, trying not to mess up all your exams, when actually all you want to do is lay down and cry.
Anyway, this outfit was photographed before Budapest decided to get in its "i can't on the weather being sunny or rainy" mood. Back here it was all summer vibes and lovely weather... Please come back!
This set consist of mostly items I never wear, like this crop top and skirt. Grey and black compliment each other perfectly and with my skin tone, they don't wash me out at all. Since the skirt is a bit big I tied my favourite denim on my hips added some black flats and was struck by the craving of summer festivals and no school...

Yay May!

May is finally here, which means warmer weather is here to stay. This is the time of the year to try and refresh your wardrobe with some great pieces! If you prefer online shopping I would definitely recommend the amazing Persunmall.com They are an amazing well-priced online store, who offer a huge selection of clothes that are great to spice up you spring wardrobe.
Here are my favourite pieces:

1.) I love this pink blazer. It is the perfect cover up for a casual tee and jeans outfit or you can pair it with an LBD and some heels for a night out. Get it here: here
2.) This tropical print blouse is the perfect way to sneak some summer into your wardrobe till the real heatwave comes. Get it here: here
3.) I don't wear to many darker tones, but I am trying to change that (I know it's ironic since warmer weather and brighter colours are upon us) and that's why I chose this amazing skater dress in this envy green shade. Get it here: here
4.) The Brandy Melville daisy print is still going strong this summer as well. I have been looking for the perfect daisy dress and I think I found it in this lovely black skater dress. Get it here: here

5.) As soon as I saw these chunky heels I instantly fell in love. I could kill for shoes like these. They can be dressed up and down and are just perfect for any occasion. Get it here: here
